I led the full process: meeting and interviewing the client, translating needs into wireframes, designs, and interactive prototypes in Figma. I then developed the site in React, with a lightweight PHP backend to handle server-side email.

From the very first conversation, I focused on understanding the client’s goals in creating a conversation with their audience; modern youth and young adults living with sight loss, low vision and blindness.
As an interaction designer, I translated those insights into clear, accessible user flows and low-fidelity wireframes, which evolved into polished designs and interactive prototypes. These not only guided the development process but also helped the client visualize and refine their future website before a single line of code was written.

Once the design was approved, I implemented it in React, ensuring a responsive, smooth user experience across devices. For the backend, I kept things minimal and maintainable - building a simple PHP server to handle email communication smoothly. The result is a clean, professional site that reflects the client’s personality and their audience while staying functional, easy to navigate, and future-friendly.
